Vijay KUKRETI is working as Associate Director – Finance & Systems with PCI India. He comes with 25+ years of extensive hands-on experience in the field of finance, compliance and grants management in the Not-for-Profit sector in India. He holds an MBA (with specialization in Finance) and is a Commerce Graduate from University of Delhi. He also holds Honours diploma in Systems Management. Driving efficiency through designing systems & processes, automation of grants management system and certain other routine processes, data analytics and designing MIS framework are some of the key competencies he possesses. Budgeting, ensuring statutory compliances, compliance to donor regulations including donor reporting, contract management are some of the areas he is currently responsible for. Before joining PCI, Vijay was working as Head – Grants Management with The International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases (The UNION).
