Senior Program Manager for Enterprise Development

Subodh is Senior Program Manager for Enterprise Development (Value Chain). He has over 11 years of diverse experience in managing projects related to Enterprise Development, Women’s Economic Empowerment, Livelihood Promotion, Climate Resilience Action, Value-Chain Development, and Policy Research. Subodh holds a degree in Agriculture from Allahabad Agriculture Institute, a master’s in development studies from Tata Dhan Academy, and International Organisation Management from the University of Geneva.

In his current role, Subodh provides leadership support in the Technical Support Unit of UPSRLM, encompassing project management, strategy formulation, stakeholder management, knowledge management, and overall support for the embedded team. Prior to joining PCI India, Subodh worked with various international organisations, including the Aga Khan Rural Support Program India, TechnoServe India, Transform Trade, and Microsave Consulting.

Subodh’s expertise spans project management, strategic management, enterprise development, institution building, capacity building, climate resilience livelihoods, and value-chain development.
