Shantamay Chatterjee is working as Director Livelihood with the Women’s Economic Empowerment Growth Centre. He has over 26 years of experience working on sustainable development and economic growth opportunities with Governments, Multilateral Development Banks, UN agencies, NGOs and CSR foundations. He has led diverse programmes, pilots and multi-country cooperation initiatives in Africa and Asia dovetailing technology, innovation, financing, community institutions, research and public policy for sustainable impacts. He has contributed to development effectiveness framework, SDGs and ESG impact models in the domains of extreme poverty/ ultra-poor programmes, climate change, clean energy, skills development missions, climate smart agriculture, systems strengthening, regional programming, safe migration and health systems development.
