Rajshree is a Senior Director, NTD Programs at PCI India. She is a passionate and committed professional with a firm belief in the community’s humongous potential and women’s empowerment. She has successfully rolled out social and community mobilization in diverse development domains such as maternal and child health, neglected tropical diseases, women and adolescent empowerment, and livelihood. An excellent leader, Rajshree has spearheaded the implementation of large programs through her association with esteem organizations such as CARE, Catholic Relief Services, and Project Concern International. She is an innovator, someone who designs and co-created sustainable solutions engaging communities in innovative ways. She also has extensive experience working with the Government both at the national and state level. She has led emergency response and rehabilitation programs across various states. Currently, Rajshree is in charge of the initiative ‘Social Mobilization to eliminate Lymphatic Filariasis and Visceral Leishmaniasis in India’.
