- Duration :This is a full-time contractual position, initially for a period of one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and program requirements.
- Qualification required: Master’s degree in Public Policy, Development Studies, Management, or related fields.
- Experience required:• At least 5 years of relevant experience in policy analytics, program management, or consultancy roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Experience working with government agencies or in rural development programs is desirable. -
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Purpose of the Role:
To provide support to the CEO of Bihar SRLM in areas of policy analysis, partnership management, program analytics, and program review, thereby contributing to the effective implementation of SRLM’s initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Analysis and Strategic Inputs:
- Conduct in-depth analysis on policies, schemes, and programs existing and evolving in SRLM.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to align SRLM’s strategies with national and state-level priorities.
- Draft policy briefs, reports, and presentations for the CEO’s reference.
- Partnership Management:
- Engage with potential partners, including government departments, non-governmental organizations, corporates, and academic institutions.
- Facilitate and manage partnerships to enhance program delivery and innovation.
- Coordinate and represent Bihar SRLM in strategic meetings, ensuring alignment of partner goals with SRLM objectives.
- Program Analytics:
- Analyze data from various projects to evaluate their performance and impact.
- Provide insights to improve program efficiency and effectiveness based on analytics.
- Program Review and Monitoring:
- Assist the CEO in reviewing the implementation of SRLM initiatives across Bihar.
- Design and implement monitoring frameworks to assess program performance.
- Support in organizing and documenting periodic review meetings and field visits.
- Administrative and Logistical Support:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and consultations on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare detailed notes, action plans, and follow-up mechanisms from CEO-led engagements.
- Serve as a point of communication between the CEO’s office and other stakeholders within and outside SRLM.
Deliverables :
- Monthly reports on policy analysis, partnership updates, and program analytics.
- Quarterly report on actionable insights and recommendations for program improvement and its implementation.
- Quarterly report on comprehensive documentation of review meetings and stakeholder engagements with summarized analysis.
Reporting to:
The official will have dual reporting wherein for functional reporting would be directly to the CEO of Bihar SRLM and administrative reporting to Lead -Strategic partnerships & Systems at PCI.

Recruitment Process
