Sr Manager-Digital Integration

About the Position

  • Job Title: Sr Manager Digital Integration.
  • Number of positions: 01
  • Location: Work requirements either form PCI Lucknow office or Government Department.
  • Salary Range: Competitive salary commensurate with experience 
  • Duration: Till September 2026
  • Qualification required: Master of Engineering or equivalent from a reputed college preference would be given to candidates from IIT’s, IIIT’s, NIT’s etc.
  • Experience required:
  1. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in design and development of technology solutions for G2C and G2G initiatives of Government.
  2. Experience of facilitating cyber security and safety audits through Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Govt. of India approved vendors.
  • Skill and Competencies:
  1. Proven track record of at least 5 years in guiding IT teams on the design and development of digital solutions for Government.
  2. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Awareness on the latest trends in IT programming.
  4. Experience of providing training and support on digital interventions of the Government.
  5. Flexibility in working arrangements.

Preferred:

  1. Knowledge of full stack development in either of PHP frameworks (Laravel/Symfony/Codelgniter) or ANET MVC framework, .Net Core, Web API, Entity Framework.
  2. Knowledge of Javascript front end frameworks like Angular/React/Vue js
  3. Knowledge of NoSql databases like MongoDb, RDBMS like PostgreSQL/MySql/Sql Server.
  4. Knowledge of mobile app development frameworks (either of kotlin or flutter)
  5. Knowledge of project management frameworks, especially Agile methodology.
  6. Knowledge of handling GIT for version control handling.
  7. Knowledge of testing frameworks.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead in supporting the design and development of integrated digital solutions between G2C and G2G.
  2. Overseeing the IT Team which is designing and developing the digital solutions in terms of outputs committed.
  3. Provide guidance in terms of facilitating Cyber Security, Safety Audits etc. through Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Govt. of India approved vendors
  4. Provide oversight on API integration amongst various flagship initiatives of Government of Uttar Pradesh. Facilitate liasioning for sharing of information, pertaining to secured API data exchange between concerned digital teams for data integration.
  5. Support in design and facilitate development of analytical decision-enabling dashboards for welfare departments which will enable transparent and real-time tracking.
  6. Facilitate creation of dashboard wireframes, take stakeholder buy-in and acceptance before actual development of real time dashboards.
  7. Track and monitor key ultra-poor households’ economic wellbeing through a digital report and dashboards and prepare and share intermitted reports on progress.
  8. Support in providing digital training to concerned welfare departments and stakeholders so that the stakeholders are on boarded on the digital platform.
  9. Facilitate data migration and transition to government servers through software security audit. The task entails identification of empaneled security agencies, liaise between the security agency and the developer team for implementation of security bug fixes and ensure safe-to-host certificate is obtained from the security agency, for seamless migration to government servers. Lastly, coordinate with government for obtaining servers that conform to specification requirements of the software, for data migration along with VPN access.
  10. Facilitate adequate handholding of concerned officers to manage the digital ecosystem during the phase of migration/transition of digital solutions.
  11. Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

About the Project

PCI India has been providing Technical Assistance (TA) support to Government of Uttar Pradesh (GoUP) for a technology driven poverty alleviation, social protection, financial inclusion and livelihoods planning initiative. The role requires to closely work with senior leadership of Government, coordination with multiple welfare departments and the project implementation team. Further, the project also entails collaboration with Academia and Corporate Houses for ensuring sustainable poverty alleviation for the identified ultra-poor households.
