Mr. Tushar is the Senior Program Manager-Strategic Partnerships & Women Economic Empowerment at PCI India and has an extensive experience of managing and supporting multiple programs primarily aiming towards women’s empowerment in the rural & urban settings. His current role in the organization involves strengthening women’s economic empowerment portfolio, streamlining planning and review mechanisms, and supporting in the overall organizational development. He has played a pivotal role in developing the organizations strategic framework for women’s economic empowerment thereby channeling initiatives towards a unified vision. Before joining PCI India, Mr. Tushar was associated with Bihar rural livelihoods promotion society, a world bank supported project as a Young Professional – Governance & knowledge Management. His valuable contributions included assisting policy decisions in JEEViKA for knowledge management & communication, enabling technological adoption for community behavioral change and promoting data driven decision-making. Tushar is a postgraduate in rural management from Xavier’s, and a graduate in finance.
